FLFIL provides lease financing for all types of manufacturing and service equipment including vehicle, computer ,lift, medical equipment, industrial Machinery, electrical and electronics appliances to all the major industrial Sector. In leasing the client has full liberty to select the equipment, suppliers and fix terms and conditions including price. FLFIL will buy the equipment of the clients choice. Lease rental is determined based on acquisition on cost and lease term. Lease terms usually range from two(2) to Five (5) years. Repayment through monthly lease rental is most common, however, quarterly or half yearly payment can also be considered. When clients budget does not allow buying equipment. Leasing can make the acquisition possible. Leasing enables utilization on client fund elsewhere to generate higher profits. It also reduces the cash outflow.
